Note - Public hearing rezoning request ( Z23- 16) was administratively rescheduled from the September 5, 2023 board meeting to the October 2, 2023 meeting.

Public Hearing Rezoning Request ( Z23- 17) - Request by Adam Sosne with M H MJ, LLC, applicant, to rezone approximately 12. 68 acres zoned B- 2, Regional Business and R- 15, Residential located at 5322 Carolina Beach Road to ( CZD) RMF- M, Residential Multi - Family - Moderate Density for a maximum 200- unit multifamily and townhouse development. ( See page 1 of the attached staff report for a reference map).

Quasi - Judicial Hearing Special Use Permit Request ( S23- 04) - Request by Douglas Grant, property owner, for the use of Campground and RV Park at three parcels located at 8102, 8104, 8106 Sidbury Road, zoned R- 15, Residential, and totaling approximately 19. 21 acres.
